Whether you're a leader or a follower, you should always love what you do. This helps you reach another level. And a good leader always knows when to take risks. Well, that's a great list to have. But these are not the only keys to becoming a great leader.

I'm also interested in reading 'The Essence of Leadership' by Mac Anderson. This book is very useful for me because I really want to be a great leader someday. My best friend also recommended me some strategy consultant courses at http://www.robinsonleadership.com. These courses are very helpful for future leaders and I think I'll attend them as soon as possible.
